Dear all,
I heard of many bad stories on this beauty salon. I'm a victim too which I'm regretted to have taken up their package.
No choice... I cannot get a refund ...so have to finish up my other 7x facials.
If you have been there for facial, can you recommend to me which branch & therapist name is good ?
My current one is in Woodlands, the manager is very pushy and hard-sell...ask me to upgrade my package every time aft the facial will "lock" me in the consultation room for an hour....very scary...
For those haven't sign up any facial package with them yet....pls do not step into the centre..else you will have nightmare from there onwards... |

Dear Chris, I won the case with NYSS under the Small Claims Tribunals. In future, if you feel being forced to sign any packages under “Hard Sell”, bad service, worsen results etc… you may file your claims with SCT within 1 year from the date of purchased. Beware of NYSS, LNWM, YNHC , there actually under the same boss … U...nderstand from their staff, almost every week they have cases in SCT… so don’t worry, just go ahead…Don’t compromised with them, claim whatever unused packages.
Bear in mind, and don’t pay for any credit card charges, GST or Admin charges….
Sure you will WIN cos they are BIG Company…
...“Reputation” is very important to them even they don’t have any….

Dear Chris, I totally agreed with u that the Senior Manager, Serene Hoon is very scary woman... She will try to sweet talk to u ... if cant work, then she will try to scare u that u will become very "ugly"...
She will "lock" u in until u sign the package, the worst thing is she ask u to sign even u hv not try any treatment... Beware of NYSS !!!! |

Hi Ladies, I have finally finished my last session last month after a 2 years package!!! Phew...
During my last session, they kept pestering me to sign again even right before my facial!! Claimed that its their standard procedure to do skin check again and recommend the best solution for my next session.
The fact is I have been doing treatments with them every monthly without fail for the last 24 months but I didnt see any improvement of my skin condition at all!!!
Upon completion of my facial, they pushed their packages again!! They just wouldnt let you leave without signing!!
The scene ended up ugly when I took my bag and walked out of the shop ignoring everyone!! Afterall its my last session, who cares anyway!!! hahaha.... ;p
