Didnt get to go to many places - we didnt go out for the outdoor shoot till 5pm! Went to the railway station, a few places in Sentosa, and Fullerton for the nite scenes. Nothing out of the ordinary, bumped into so many couples taking pix in these places! |

Maybe you go to Bontanic Garden first & take a look whether is the actual location of that scenery before ur phototaking...I really love that 3 photos...When selecting photos session, I told hubby no matter what I want that photos...kekeke... |

I'm staying @ Paya beach... hmmmm... personally, I won't wanna take photos @ Berjaya coz it's not too resort like leh... I prefer those 'kampong' style... Berjaya abit too modern for me... I'm quite sure they will allow lah, in fact, they would be more than happy to let u take... 'free publicity mah' Malaysia is unlike Singapore, their life on the island are simplier.... so, dun think anyone will stop u lor...

My own photos got to wait long long i think... My bf hasn't even propose... Dunno whether he want me eventually or not.. :p |

You just need to prepare a bottled water with straw, blotting paper and compact powder to touch up. Prepare a pair of low heels or sandals so u can walk comfortably.
Actually nothing to worry for outdoor PS. Just enjoy yourself. |

the gown for outdoor shoot looks a little yellowish. the photographer says that it will not be noticiable in the pic... is that true? and also, i think it's too short for me. will that show too? i am tall so i have only two gowns to choose... they don't have a lot that is long enough for me. |

Hi helenbar,
Normally outdoor gowns are the older range but I still feel shouldn't be yellowish...maybe not as new as new gowns lah. They shld alter the lenght to your height unless they are not gng to take pics that shows your legs....if not I think would be obvious on certain angles. |

Hi Helenbar,
I seriously think that you should ask your BS to change a gown for u... something yellowish will not look good on photographs... and the fact that u r tall doesn't mean that you should be limited on yr choice... they should do the amend for u... Unless yr photos are all 3/4 body... otherwise, yr legs would be seen... frankly, it would be nicer to have long and flowy gown in photos rather than short ones... it would definitely not look nice... if they say it's okie, probably means that they would edit the photos after that... but if possible, it's better not, coz not natural anymore.
I agree wif D.O.G. that PS gowns are normally not new but shouldn't be yellowish...
I have a friend who accepted a gown though she finds it old and ugly... for her PS... coz like yr BS, her BS insisted that it would look nice in photography... but in the end, she has to sign up wif another BS to have her photograph retaken...
To play safe, it's better to be firm wif yr BS... |

Y dun u use ur own gown?? I jz had mine last Fri, My bridal consultant give me the option of wearin mine or another gown by them.. But I tink it's best 2 wear ur own since it's ur wedding gown.. |

I think you should wear your own gown if you can, or rent another one from somewhere to add some variety since wearing one gown from beginning to end of the shoot can be quite monotonous.
I just bot a nice red cheongsam from Allure Charix. it's got a sweep train and the bottom half of it has loads of red ostrich feathers. really love it loads. hope to think of some places to shoot with this gown |

Actually... not really leh... did you ask me abt Tioman? You going there for your PS? Actually, Berjaya is not exactly a good place to take pic coz it's too commercialised... if possible, trying to go to other resorts.... there got cab meh? think most pple go via speedboat leh...
U going end of the mth and u have not choosen yr PS gown??? better go this weekend, so as to take yr time to choose and for them to amend for you... |

On the island itself, they have rented buses and cab. Speedboat also can la.. My BS chosen me a very Ulu resort, I saw previous customers' work and not as nice...Thats why i choose Berjaya area
I going tomorrow to choose my gowns... Ya. need sometime for them to alter.. |

charlene, u r most welcome...thks for ur compliment...i took my ps at botanic garden & my bs is kowloon...wasn't a pleasant experience with them...so i won't recommend ppl to chose this bs...if u want to know more can refer to the thread...
