Hmm anybody feedback to them on the quality of their materials? They should at least browse through forums from time to time so that they know where they have not done gd. If they value customers feedback at all that is. |

Hi all, just some 2 cents here... i find that TA services really drop a lot since Eddie left... I myself can sense it cuz i read this forum for a long time before my wedding and after... can see the disparity in good and bad comments after some time. So personally, like Alfc, i would NEVER recommend anyone to use them anymore. They don't hardsell but seems like that is only the good thing about them anymore. I signed up with them cuz i liked their gowns, but actually towards the end when i was choosing my own gowns, i was not very impressed by the selections. I had a very bad experience with Won regarding a makeup artist issue. I don't wish to talk about it here because a)it's over b)too long story i can't be bothered to type it all out. Anyway in a nutshell i just find their service very lacking... perhaps they are understaffed and have too much customers to handle. Eddie is good but i suspect his shop is not cheap and only sells dresses but don't have other bridal services. I am not sure if can rent or only can buy. Jacinta told me before he caters to a lot of high end Indonesian customers. |

Just my 2cents, personally, i have been very happy with their services. They has always been very accomodating to my requests. Like last mth, after i have choosen the gowns for PS, they launched new gowns and i requested to try on the new gowns and if it suits me, i wanna change. They were okay with it, no grumbles of any sort. I chose 2 WG meant for indoor shoot only but they allowed me to bring one for my outdoor cuz i love both so much. I can go on abt my good experience with them but i think i have said enough. Guess different ppl have different levels of expectations. For myself, i have been a very happy TA BTB so far |

yup I agree with nefariouskat and I guess service is really subjective and different people have different expectations. No doubt TA really tried hard to go extra mile for their customers, but I guess sometimes things just cocked up. Despite the minor cock-ups I had, I'll still wanna thank them for the help and effort they've put in.
Cheers to Won, Desiree, Doris, Sydni, Gary and all those who had helped in one way or another. Really like to compliment Won for her extra effort in every request we had. |

Hello, to all TA BTB! I've signed up with TA in May 11 and am surprised to learn that there are so many staff movements...called them last weekend to fix appointment for my fitting, Jelly, who answered my call didn't reveal Won had left when I requested for her. Hope the experience with TA continues to be a pleasant one... Need some comments on PG - appreciate if you can share your experiences with Gary, Kino or Kelvin. Thanks in advance for your help |

Hi Mandy, 'very sick' seems to be a common excuse to explain why a staff left a company. When my beautician left the beauty salon, the owner also said she left because she is really sick. Somehow i wonder if there is any truth in it. Will find out more from TA when I'm there. Yes! To all whose PS/AD are around the corner, hope that all goes well. |

Hi all, just for sharing. I had Fanny as my make up artist for my actual day last year. I don’t find her any attitude problems or whichever communications breakdown during trial and actual day. She has communicated clearly with me in a professional manner in all face-to-face interactions and even phone conversations. Thus, I’m well-informed of all the charges. Moreover, she maintains a professional and respectful attitude towards me at all times. She is also very good with punctuality as well as her positive attitude to attend appointment on time. |

Hi all, The meet up on saturday went ok. Jelly who helps us with our fitting is friendly and rather helpful. We saw Kenny and a new Taiwan designer Vanessa. We heard they are getting more Taiwan designers to come into TA. So they might be becoming more like Taiwanese style boutiques. Vicky who helps with my mother in law's fitting is rather good too. I think she has done a good job in picking up the correct gowns/cheongsam for my mother in law. I think TA has heard the negative comments in forum because they actually reassured us and asked us for our feedback. Maybe they are trying to improve things. However I think they are still lacking the personal touch they once have. |

Hi HTB, mine was quite okie too. Was assisted by Ting Ting for gown selection. Yup I feel they're moving towards the tw style direction too. Hoping for more gown varieties soon! Yes, they know bout the goings on in this forum. We too were reassured that It's biz as usual. |

Hi all, truly there are many staff movements from the time I signed the package with them until now. I was kind of affected but so far the services there were still good. I enjoyed the time of signing and bargaining for the best package when Eddie was around, choosing the PS gown when Won was around, final fitting for PS gown when Desiree was around. We just finished our PS in Dec and it was really fun with Yuki as our MUA and Kino as our photographer! Their skills are really superb! Looking forward to the gown fitting for my wedding! |

Or TA suggested and planned it for u? Also PG Kino and MUA Yuki was requested by you or were they allocated to you? Looking forward for your reply! Thank you! |

Not Weene85 but i can help with ur queries. for ur PS locations, u can either decide beforehand and let kino know or u can also get him to suggest but u shld hv an idea what kinda feel u want for ur album. they only have one PG which is Kino. as for MUA, if u did not sign up during the wedding workshop, they will assign u a MUA who is free on ur PS date, or u can try requesting. if u signed up during the wedding workshop, ur MUA during the workshop will be ur PS and AD MUA. |

Hi nefariouskat! Thank you very much for ur advise! Therefore we will only be able to let them assign the MUA to us if we do not hav any request? Will i be able to request for them to let me view the portfolio of the MUAs to let us select? |

Hi Sylvia, congrats to you! I'll be tying the knot in may. hee..I think you can try to request if you do have a MUA in mind. Previously when I sign up for the package, the previous manager, Eddie, did mention to me that if you dont like the MUA after your first trial makeup you can change to another MUA. However, if you switched to another MUA and preferred the one that was previously assigned, they will charge you $$ if I'm not wrong. But I'm not sure if this policy still exist since Eddie is no longer there. Best if you ask them before you do your trial make-up. I've suggested places for our PS but Kino also recommended some other places and we took his idea since he's more experienced! The shots taken were really nice! Yea and he's the only PG in TA. Both Yuki and Kino were assigned to us. They were good! Best to have Yuki follow you throughout the day during PS so she can help you with the gown and also do different hairstyles in different gowns. It'll cost a bit but it's really worth it! She did great! |

I also have a package with Aisle for my Oct wedding and after reading all these comments I'm getting very worried Really don't like the taiwanese style gowns and their simpler designs was the main reason why I chose them. And Eddie of course, really liked him. Just called up to check on the timeline etc and they said they will call me back. Hope everything goes well! Any other Aisle brides AD end of this year? |

Wow! She's booked so way ahead? That's fast! I had only 2 outdoor locations - national museum and sg botanical gardens. Guess you can try to request all outdoor shoots but having outdoor shoots at mid day would really be hot and bad for the make up. Unless some of your outdoor shoots are indoors. Well nothing can beat God's creation - the nature. Taking shoots at sgp botanical gardens turned out the best compared to studio or museum. Hmm that's what I felt though. The studio are not those plain kinds so I felt taking some shots there were great too. If you need ideas and will be going back to TA for gown fitting etc. You can view their photo albums. There's a lot of it! I'm going back for AD gown fitting. Shall see what kind of new gowns they have. They said that march they'll import new ones. Hopefully will have something that I like. |
