nope took existing piece. Think they are still rushing some pieces. Saw a male model coming in to do fitting for the show too.
anyway Kim sized up my shape and took a gown out for me to try. It wasn't a display piece. so it will be a good idea if you are able to go down to talk to the 2 designers. |

Hi all,
I went for Marina Mandarin event on sun. I would have gone to goodwood if I know Divine is there.
Anyone has any idea of which photography is good from Divines' recommended list? |

Hi all, me and my gf just went to Divine Couture to ask about their gowns and packages. Does anyone have any photos of the gowns gotten from DC to share?
From what we noticed in the shop, their gowns look good. But I just want to see how's the MTM ones. |

maureen & ttoorroo > Lightedpixels does not tie in w DC. I believe u r referring to Lightbox photography. My pre-wed is with Lightedpixels but I'm afraid the rates are no longer applicable so it is best to contact them directly.
Anyway I've finally completed my wedding last week! My SO & I are super pleased with Divine Couture's services. We hit it off with everyone of them & their vendors and even until now are wow by their professionalism.
Kim is very affectionate and we feel like we are visiting a friend each time we go for fitting.
Justin, the florist, was not easy to fixed an appointment with, but we were both impressed by his knowledge and incredible design sense.
Joanne, my lovely MUA, was awesome in making us look fabulous during our pre-wed & on our AD. I can't dare to think how I would have look if my makeup & hair was done by someone else.
My SO & I love them all to bits so all future brides & groom can be assured you will be in excellent hands! |

There's a wedding show in Sep if u want to sign up with DC. Package is usually $4000+ or $5000+ depending on whether u take OTR or MTM. I signed up during the wedding show @ Goodwood Park in April and got the MTM package for $3988 w/o photography. EG & Man Suit to keep.
If u choose a runway gown, will definitely need to add at least $300+ cos usually the designs r more elaborate, so depends on your banquet location, whether u really need something elaborate or not...
My designer is Kim - very experienced & professional; very approachable... MUA is Joanne - skillful, & very fast! Florist is Justin Koh from Fleurlicious - knowledgeable & beautiful arrangements.. Looking forward to seeing him again in Oct
DC does have a few photogrpahers Kim usually works with but dun need to be restricted to those. I just did my PW with Michael Chan of Expressively Joho AD in Nov will be Amos Tay of Scintilla Studio |

I signed up during April too. OTR package at ~$3000 with MTM EG and Man suit to keep, together with 4 makeup session and flower package. It was $500 discount from usual package. The MTM package was ~$4000, with $1000 discount. So it's a good deal to get during their promotion/wedding show time.
Kim is my designer too. She is pretty flexible as she will be doing some alterations in the design to my OTR gown so quite happy about it.
I didnt choose any of the photographers recommended by DC. But if I am not wrong, Daylight Pictures are having some 15% discount brochures placed at DC.
To note for those taking prewedding PS, there is a $180 dry cleaning charge for the gowns.
Can anyone share their pictures of the cheongsams made at DC? I am doing it as my EG and probably topping up money for the lace and beadwork. Thanks! |

Kim has an album that has all the cheongsam/lookalike designs that u can refer to, usually need to add $$ as there will be more beading, lace etc. |
