Brown Chicken with Mushroom and Chestnut Serves 4-6 Ingredients 600g chicken thighs (cut into chunks) 100g chinese mushroom 150g chestnuts 6 ginger slices 4 cloves garlic (minced) 2-3 tbsp oil Seasoning A 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tbsp hua tiao wine 1 tsp cornflour Seasoning B 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 4 tbsp water Method 1. Mix chicken with Seasoning A, marinate for 30 mins. 2. Place oil, garlic and ginger slices in a bowl. Press Micro Power to cook under High Heat, uncovered, for 2 mins. 3. Add in Seasoning B, mix well and cover. 4. Cook under High Heat for 12-15 mins till chestnuts soften.
