Membership Terms and conditions Definitions and Interpretations The SingaporeBrides Card (the Card) is a membership card issued by Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd (the Company) that can be used for benefits in connection with purchases of wedding related services from Suppliers of the SingaporeBrides network. Member means holder of a SingaporeBrides Card. Supplier means the provider of products and services granting discounts or special promotional packages to SingaporeBrides Card members. Words in singular number include the plural and vice versa Words importing a gender include any other gender When a word or a phrase is given a particular meaning, other parts of speech and grammatical forms of that word or phrase have corresponding meanings. Card Application and Usage Applications for membership must be made online at the SingaporeBrides Website. Cards are personal in nature and may be used only by the principal holder. Membership is non-transferable and only applicable in Singapore territory only. Upon receiving the cheque of amount Singapore Dollars Thirty (S$30), the Company will process the application and despatch the card within 14 working days. It is the applicant's responsibility to contact Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd / SingaporeBrides should he or she fail to receive the Card within the said period of time. The Company may reject any application of membership without giving any reason whatsoever. Alter the basis of eligibility for the Card or cancel the membership of the Cardholder. The Card shall at all times remain the property of the Company and may be used only in accordance with its prevailing terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to require a card to be returned on demand for any Reason whatsoever. Replacement of lost card is $10 each. The Card shall have a validity period of 12 calendar months. By applying for or using the Card, the member agrees to be bound by the current Card terms and conditions. The Card may not be used in conjunction with concurrent promotions or cases where a discount is already granted, or other relevant membership cards unless otherwise stated. The Card however can be utilized in conjunction with cards used as means of payment such as credit cards and charge cards. The Supplier cannot refuse to accept the Card under such circumstances. All privileges and discounts are non-negotiable and cannot be exchange for cash or any other benefits. Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd is not a Supplier of the products or services available for discount or promotion and disclaims all warranties and liability as to the availability, suitability, quality or fitness for purpose of all such products or services to the maximum extent permitted by law. Supply of products and services will be on the terms of the Supplier of that particular discount or promotion. The Company shall do its utmost to ensure membership benefits associated with the Card is respected and upheld by the Suppliers in the Card network. However, the Company shall not be liable for any loss of benefits to the Member caused by events or occurrence beyond our control. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for the goods and services supplied by a Supplier to the Cardholder or in respect of any contract or transaction entered into by such Supplier with the Cardholder connected with the use of the Card. If the Cardholder has any complaint against a Supplier, the Cardholder shall resolve such dispute with such Supplier, Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd cannot be held liable to resolve such disputes. General The Company may at its sole discretion vary the terms and conditions relating to the Card membership without prior notice. The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd reserves the right to add to, change or remove any part of these Terms at any time, without prior notice. An updated version of these Terms on the Card and such changes will apply as soon as they are posted on this Site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd reserves the right of final decision in the event of a dispute. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the Singapore courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Card. Termination The Company may at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and without prior notice suspend and/or terminate any membership. The Member shall not be entitled for any compensation for any such suspension and/or termination. A member may terminate his or her membership at any time, but Tian Dot Com Pte Ltd will not reimburse the membership registration fees to the member. Upon termination/cancellation of the Card, either by the Company or the Cardholder, the Cardholder shall not use or attempt to use the Card or any such use shall be fraudulent. Privacy Policy Personal information given to the Company will be used to support your relationship with SingaporeBrides. We will endeavour not to disclose any personally identifiable information to any other organisation unless necessary and if we are legally entitled or required to do so (for example, if required to do so by legal process or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime). You will be treated as having given your permission for disclosures referred to in this policy.
