| Travel Insurance Just in case your luggage (and all the sexy lingerie in it)
gets swiped while you're busy gazing into each other's eyes.
Vaccination shots for exotic places
If you're going to certain places with high risks of Malaria,
Hepatitis A and B, Cholera, etc, do get your shots before you
leave home. Some shots like Malaria require booster pills,
so make sure you pack them along too.
Avoid peak periods
Try to avoid taking your honeymoon during the school holidays
(during both June and December period). Tour packages during
this two period will be more expensive. If your honeymoon is
in countries which requires long-distance travelling, check
with your operators if your flight is a direct flight or one
which requires many transits.
Watch out for the weather
In temperate countries, there are seasonal changes. Pack your
luggage accordingly.
Remember to bring water
This is especially true if you are joining a package tour.
Most of the time, your plane reaches Europe (for example) in
the morning and your tour would start almost immediately. The
next time you get to drink a drop of water would be lunch time.
To make the beginning of your trip more enjoyable, just bring
a bottle of mineral water and leave it in your hand-carry bag.
